I went from size 16 to a size 10 in three months. Just hooping for 10 minutes a day , everyday.
now I'm size six. Still hooping everyday.
You don't want to over do it. If you feel sore one day take that day off.
You will get a bruise if you over do it.
In begining it would take me about 25 minutes to get whole 10 minute work out in.
I would hoop three minutes then rest two or three minutes.
Make it fun do it to music , dance around with.
